A successful rugby player and a fluent speaker of four languages, Huzam is a dynamic personality who entered the travel industry by chance. He hasn’t looked back since! Huzam pursued CIMA upon completing his secondary education, after which he joined the garment industry, firstly with Time Garments and then with NEXT UK; during this time he studied textile technology at the University of Moratuwa. Later, he left for Japan for further education, where he spent 3 years. Upon returning he founded www.cSrilanka.com, offering full customization to Sri Lankan tours via an online trip planner. At the same time, he was also a director of Easy travel center, Sri Lanka. In 2013, Tour Blue was formed with the goal of offering a unique experience to travelers, by combining the expertise and capability of a fully-fledged DMC, with the personal touch of a boutique operator.
He is the Head of Operations who has been in the tourism trade since graduating, and is armed with an in-depth knowledge of air ticketing, and now with the resorts’ trade in the Maldives.
